Our food speaks of fire. We draw inspiration from contemporary elemental cooking, incorporating fire at every stage. The tactile nature of fire, wood, smoke, and ash creates a centrepiece for your event.

INGREDIENTS

Our food tells the story of the landscape. We use seasonal produce from our corner of Scotland.

BESPOKE

No two events are the same. Our food is not ordinary, and neither are you. We will collaborate to create something unique.

We’re at home on a beach: off-grid and wild. We love a cook with a stunning view, smoke curling into open sky. But we will cook in any kitchen, marquee, or field.


WEDDINGS

Our food will tell your story. We don’t do packages or set menus.

Treat your guests to a meal they won’t forget. Our food is as elegant as it is decadent, and we never skimp or economise. Quality is in every layer of what we do.

Three course meals; canapes; grazing stations; sharing platters; late night food; drinks. We can provide as many elements of your day as you desire, including event planning, tableware, furniture, and flowers.

CORPORATE

Boardroom meals, celebrations, and promotions: we offer a smooth and assured service which incorporates your branding and caters to all dietary requirements and allergies. This can be a white label service or a branded cocktail; your wish is our command.

Let the food do the talking. We can provide finger food for networking or indulge your clients with a meal that makes them feel looked after. Thank the team for their work with an office lunch that is light and fresh or a party that is warm and generous.

WHAT WE OFFER

  • Celebrations call for a toast. We do open and closed bars, or you can provide your own drinks if you have something in mind.

  • We’re an all-weather company. We’re good at logistics and know what we’re doing.
  • Theatre. Watch us transform local produce into refined dishes over a fire and grill. Consider asado lamb for something theatrical.
